Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and the safety and well-being of every child at Longridge school is of utmost importance. We adopt a vigilant approach to ensure that our children and young people are safe and cared for at all times. We promote a culture where our students and staff feel secure and confident, to raise even minor concerns, that they will be listened to, taken seriously and that their concerns will be reported to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Staff receive regular training and updates to ensure we are aware of local concerns and national developments. The Staffordshire Safeguarding Children's Partnership is our local source of information and procedural guidance and can be found at https://www.staffsscp.org.uk
Longridge school policies are available here. If you would like a printed copy of one of our policies, please contact the school office where our administrator will be happy to facilitate your request.
