At New Reflexions, we believe every child deserves the chance to feel safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. Since 2007, we’ve been dedicated to supporting children and young people who have faced emotional, behavioural, or learning challenges—often following difficult life experiences.
With schools consistently rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, we’re proud to create environments where care and education work hand in hand to transform lives.
Our schools provide tailored education, combining academics, vocational training and personal development in a supportive learning environment.
We believe every student can succeed when given the right tools, the right environment, and the right encouragement.

In 2025, we invested in Smoothstone care and education, creating an exciting, new partnership.
Based in the East Midlands, Smoothstone is a well-respected organisation that shares our commitment to child-centred care and education.
Smoothstone operates three special educational needs schools and three homes. This exciting development strengthens our ability to provide integrated, high-quality care and education for looked-after children and day pupils.
The Chair of the Proprietor board for all education services is Mandy Clarke.
Mandy has worked in New Reflexions since the company was founded in 2007 and is a Director of both New Reflexions and Smoothstone care and education.
